Create-A-Cookie Clubhouse has teamed with the Friends of the Boylston Library for a very special offer!   Each time you visit our Library and take out books the librarian will stamp your card.  After 5 stamps you can redeem your card at Create-A-Cookie Clubhouse located on Route 140 for a FREE cookie!

The Library is a the place to be this Summer with 10 programs offered in July.  Check the Calendar At-a-Glance below for dates and times

 

Robin Sipowicz will be leading “Music ‘n Motion for children ages 2-5. Please register at the Library.  This program is sponsored by the Library, the CPC and the Friends.

Care to learn how to draw?  Four Drawing classes will teach basic art skill to those aged 8 and up.   

Plant a Flower Story Hour is a great story and activity for preschoolers. 

The Recycle ART Project will engage people of all ages.

A Fairy House story and craft event will entertain patrons grade K thru 3.

Guitar Hero Night gives teens a chance to Rock and Roll at the Library.

Please register at the Library to participate in any or all of  these events!

The Display Case features a great collection of antique toy cars and trucks.  Stop by for this wonderful look into history!

The LPC is preparing the bid documents to install a new accessible front entrance and to repair the ramp. See the library photo below to see an electronic rendition of the new entrance. The Library Renovation Project plan and drawings have been added to  this web site.   Click on Renovation Project to see the improvements being proposed for the Library building on Main Street.

If you have a great nature shot and are willing to display it on our website please send it with your name to webmaster@boylstonlibrary.org.   March photos should be from the Boylston area and represent Summer in Boylston.  The chosen photo will earn the photographer a name credit!

Paula has selected a group of books that got wonderful reviews but that you may not have heard of.  These books are featured at the front desk and may be taken out any time!  These are at the front desk, and will be replaced by more like them as they go out.
